AI vs Mensheid is een teambuildingspel met AI. Tijdens het spel deel je een teamfoto en typ je teksten in. Hieronder lees je precies wat daarmee gebeurt.

Welke gegevens ik verwerk

• De groepsfoto die je uploadt om er een AI-poster van te maken. Daar staan herkenbare gezichten op.
• Jullie teamnaam.
• De teksten die je invoert: prompts, antwoorden en stemmen.

Waar de gegevens heen gaan

Om de AI-onderdelen te laten werken, gaan sommige gegevens naar externe AI-diensten in de Verenigde Staten:

• fal.ai (VS) maakt van je teamfoto de AI-poster.
• Anthropic (VS) verwerkt de ingevoerde teksten, bijvoorbeeld voor de AI-jury.

Deze doorgifte naar de VS gebeurt op basis van het EU-US Data Privacy Framework of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

Hoe lang ik het bewaar

• Chatlogs en sessiegegevens: maximaal 72 uur.
• Postermateriaal en gegenereerde beelden: kort. Ze verdwijnen na de sessie en de beeldlinks verlopen automatisch.

Je rechten

Je mag je gegevens inzien, laten corrigeren of laten verwijderen, en je mag bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking. Stuur je verzoek naar roy@transparantsamenwerken.nl, dan regel ik dat. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

AI vs Humanity is a team building game with AI. During the game you share a team photo and type in text. Below is exactly what happens with it.

Who is responsible

Transparant Samenwerken, a sole proprietorship run by Roy, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Questions about your data? Email roy@transparantsamenwerken.nl.

What data I process

• The group photo you upload so it can be turned into an AI poster. It contains recognizable faces.
• Your team name.
• The text you enter: prompts, answers and votes.

Where the data goes

To make the AI parts work, some data is sent to external AI services in the United States:

• fal.ai (US) turns your team photo into the AI poster.
• Anthropic (US) processes the text you enter, for example for the AI jury.

This transfer to the US takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

• Chat logs and session data: 72 hours at most.
• Poster material and generated images: briefly. They disappear after the session and the image links expire automatically.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data, and you may object to the processing. Send your request to roy@transparantsamenwerken.nl and I will take care of it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
